Maybe because it's great for the beach and I am always there.
Maybe because I get older and I need to cover more sins...Who knows!
So why not a little Total White Look.
Here are some tips....
1. MIX WHITE AND BEIGE
It's great for hot weather of course like Dubai, but not only. You can wear the total white look at the office, in a colder climate like in Europe, and if you're afraid to look ''TOO WHITE'' just mix white with some beige.
We naturally wear black in winter because it's incognito, classy and difficult to stain but why not bring some light in our winters and wear white as much as we can!
2. ACCESSORIZE IT
Wear nude or white shoes. Flat or Heels. Add an accessory of neutral tones such as grey, old pink, camel, taupe or a leopard clutch....avoid ''flashy'' colours or you will look like a streetlight.
3. STAY STAINLESS
When you wear white don't forget the bib plus a napkin on your knees or will appear a magnificent Nutella or Bolo pins...The new generation probably doesn't know what I'm talking about. By the way,
Do the pins still exist??
Order mash potatoes, chicken breast with no skin and dry! You will avoid THE disaster! And IF after taking all the right precautions you end up with a stain, use the famous "Savon de Marseille" and rub gently, it's a tip from my Grand-ma and it works well!
The first thing I check when I buy a white item is the transparency. If it's too transparent, just don't buy.
Don't want anyone to be like : eh look at her Polka Dots Nickers!!
If it's a little transparent, Nude underwear will fix it!
5. PREFER SOFT AND FLOWY MATERIALS
Don't buy a white piece that will make you look like a knacki sausage. A little large or flowy materials are always better I think. And this is valid for all colours.
That's it ladies,
Don't be afraid to wear the Total White Look!
