We do and we were a bit upset because our favourite Japanese restaurant closed down a few months ago but I think we found our NEW favourite place for Japanese food.
To be honest I didn't expect such an interesting place where you can actually feel the Japanese culture in every single detail and I promise you, if you visit that place, you will forget that you are in Dubai and be transported to Japan for an evening.
I was amazed by the beautiful Japanese painting on the walls, lush service and delicious food!
You first enter into a trendy bar with high chairs where you can try original Japanese-style cocktails. Go for the Sangria-Sake cocktail to share or the Vanilla Vodka cocktail.
Then head to the main restaurant, I appreciated the very intimate atmosphere and the open kitchen where you can see the chefs cooking live, you can pick a fresh fish and have it barbecued or have special rolls made as you want.
We shared the FOIE GRAS ROLLS and VOLCANO ROLLS, they were delicious and filling, the beef skewers was so tender, highly recommended too!
THE MUST: I have a sweet tooth, more than a food blogger, I am more of a coffee and dessert blogger, and I have to say the CHOCOLATE FONDANT WITH SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE was SUBLIME.
The best fondant I had so far.
Thank you Ramusake, we will be back SOON!
