It's been a while that I am looking for a way to whiten my teeth as I noticed I had yellow teeth when I was pregnant. As an ex-smoker and coffee addict, it makes things worse I guess. So I wanted to try the teeth whitening with laser but a friend told me it was painful and that he had sensitive teeth for a while afterwards so I gave up...Someone told me about the natural way rubbing the teeth with strawberries or natural coconut oil, I also thought about using bicarbonate of soda but then realized there was a risk of damaging my teeth. Then I was lucky to get invited to a lovely event at Nikki Beach Dubai and received the “Spotlight whitening” kit, created by 2 Irish dentist sisters. I couldn't try it first because I was breastfeeding but as soon as I stopped I tried it and I am so happy with the results. I was looking for an affordable way to whiten my teeth without pain and without damaging my teeth. That product tick all the boxes so I want to show how to use it (very very easy) and the results of course!
When I started to prepare what I needed for my baby, I didn't know where to start and what to get! I researched a lot, asked all my mama friends but still, I felt it was not easy as everyone was advising different things and most of my friends don't live in Dubai so not the same climate and a lot of things are different : what is provided at the hospital for example. So here is MY list of what to buy in Dubai and where to get them. Now my baby is 7 weeks I know what is essential (for me) and what is not. Hope this will be useful for you Mamas to be!
In Dubai, you have so many places where you can have breakfast but only a few are really worth it.
This is one of them : Dalloyau restaurant in MOE and Mirdif city center.
